Purpose and scope

This page explains the PandaPals and PPUMP participation program and its contract operations. It is provided for information and is not financial, legal or tax advice. The community language used here does not replace the contract mechanics described in the hub.

Use only the available participation controls and review the destination in your wallet. A read-only preview does not authorize deposits or override access requirements.

No promised outcome

Participation does not promise any payment, particular token amount, resale opportunity or future functionality. PPUMP amounts shown by the interface are contract records, not cash balances. They are subject to contract rules, deductions and available funding.

An NFT changes certain allocation and deduction rules only while recorded in the relevant position. That is a functional contract rule, not an assurance about the outcome of participation.

Custody and contract risk

Deposited PPUMP and NFTs are held by the participation contract. Access depends on the depositing wallet and successful contract execution. Assets may become inaccessible or be lost through bugs, compromised keys, malicious approvals, network failures or configuration errors.

This design has no general admin function to withdraw each participant’s deposited assets on their behalf. The reviewed design permits owner changes to allocation settings, the burn percentage and the configured NFT collection. Such changes can affect calculations or disrupt actions, including NFT withdrawals. An owner multisig does not remove those contract risks. The reviewed replacement also allows the owner to withdraw tokens above its recorded deposited total, reducing the funds available for accumulated balances.

If funding is insufficient, the reviewed code can transfer less than the accumulated amount while updating its records as settled. The unpaid portion may no longer be available to claim. A warning after a confirmed transaction cannot reverse it or guarantee recovery. No statement on this page guarantees that an action will succeed.

Wallet confirmations and network costs

Read each wallet request before confirming. Approvals authorize access to the specified assets. Base transactions require ETH for network fees, and an executed transaction that fails may still consume a fee.

Confirmed blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed through the website. Do not send assets directly to a contract address or disclose your private key or recovery phrase.

Access and jurisdiction

Participation is unavailable in Afghanistan, Belarus, Canada, mainland China, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, the Palestinian Territories, Singapore, South Korea, Sudan, Syria, the United Kingdom, the United States, Venezuela and Zimbabwe.

The website also restricts Crimea, Sevastopol, and the entire Donetsk and Luhansk administrative regions. These are website participation restrictions. They do not mean that every listed location has the same legal status.

Participation is unavailable when location cannot be verified. A read-only preview, the guide, disclosure and withdrawal information remain readable. Wallet connections and asset actions are disabled in the preview. Reading them does not establish eligibility or authorize a transaction. Do not bypass geographic restrictions.

Other restrictions may apply to particular people or entities regardless of location. Website access does not establish legal eligibility. Applicable rules and final eligibility requirements must be reviewed before participation opens.

Changes and availability

Program settings, the interface and availability may change or be discontinued. Website changes do not erase existing contract positions or outstanding claims. Keep your transaction records and check the current instructions before submitting an action.

This disclosure does not waive any rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
